Mediterranean Meze - A Feast of Flavours Part Two - UCM - SPRING

If you enjoyed part one of this course, this is the perfect continuation or ideal if you want to try something completely new. In this hands on cookery class you will learn to prepare a mouth watering selection of dishes. You will be introduced to a variety of popular spices, herbs and aromatics used in Middle Eastern cooking. From Morocco, to Israel, Turkey and Greece this is an opportunity to try new ingredients such as Za'atar and Sumac to flavour dishes such as; Matbucha peppers, lamb kofta puffs and spiced cod fritters with harissa. (Suitable for most levels if you have some basic experience of cooking, with vegan alternatives always offered/included).
