Participants will learn about the rules and regulations of flying drones on the Isle of Man. They will understand the legal requirements, operating restrictions, and safety guidelines to ensure responsible drone flight.
Practical exercises will allow them to gain familiarity with the controller and its functions. Basic manoeuvres like take-off, landing, hovering, and directional changes will also be covered. Finally, a CAA approved certificate will be awarded on completion of a practical assessment designed to evaluate participants' understanding and skills acquired throughout the course.
