Each week focuses on a different type of bowl, from grain bowls and poke bowls to Mediterranean-inspired and hearty comfort bowls. You’ll learn how to balance flavors, cook key ingredients like grains and proteins, and craft simple, delicious dressings. By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence to prepare healthy, satisfying bowls at home!
