This workshop will show you how to make a selection of desserts from pies to cakes and biscuits without using any dairy or animal products. Whether its a lifestyle choice or allergies everyone should be able to enjoy sweet treats. This course is aimed wanting the knowledge, skills and confidence to understand how to substitute ingredients in any recipe to make delicious bakes without allergens or to make it vegan friendly.
