Introduction to Wine - Six week class to teach how to assess wines in order to determine personal preferences and giving confidence when purchasing wine. Students will experience an overview of popular varietals including white, red, rosé and dessert wines. All participants must be of legal drinking age. Fee includes tasing over 35 different wines.
