PA6 pesticide training allows you to safely apply pesticides using a pedestrian hand held sprayer. PA6 training allows you to apply pesticides through a knapsack sprayer on land. Training is completed in the classroom followed by time outdoors for the practical activity. The objective of the training is for candidates to understand how to prepare and calibrate hand held applicators, calculate correct application rates, understand pesticide labels and to carry out correct procedures.
You will need to bring a spray suit, waterproof boots, gloves and any other PPE you use and a calculator, also a label from a Pesticide that you use.
The date and time of the assessment for this qualification, which takes about one and a half hours, will be arranged for another date.
