Summer-Plant Based Kitchen - UCM - SUMMER

This new course is designed with flavour in mind. Enjoy a true taste of the sun -cooking vibrant dishes that explore the Mediterranean. From Italy to Greece, to the North African continent and Southern Spain, this course focuses on some traditional cookery from these diverse regions. You will also bake some sweet treats for special occasions or picnics, including vegan scones and cookies. Students are required to provide their own ingredients.
