This group is for those who have experience oil painting. You will look at improving and refining your style, combined with some experimental techniques and projects. Tutor: Mrs A Clucas.
Equipment you need to bring:
Students are required to provide their own art materials and equipment.
You will need –
Canvas of any size that you feel comfortable with.
Linseed oil
Turps (to clean brushes)
Brushes (flat edge and round edge brushes from small to large)
Pallet knives
Pallet
Table easel or stand-alone depending on canvas size.
A basic set of oil paints would be a good start, plus (Cerulean blue, Payne’s grey, titanium white (large tube), Indian yellow, indigo and burnt sienna).
An old towel and old clothes or an overall would be recommended.
